New Note on Bastion: Bastion Flag

When a bastion member came to the citadel, he put a flag up with their insignia
I have never seen that before so when it happens, it means they are looking for lost property
and there will be a problem if they dont get their property back.

I still wonder what would happen if they didn't get the gun back today..
