The Fruit People are a group of inhabitants on the island created by Veritas. They embody various types of fruit, and their clothing typically matches the color of the fruit that they represent. Their vocabulary has been limited to their fruit name, occasionally speaking other fruit names or words. There are exceptions to this, such as Banaba and Zucchini, who use the English language fluently. 

They are friendly, and often mingle with the Taken on the island. Some Fruit People have joined groups such as “Parabellum”. They give out their own fruit, and have no problem with people eating these gifts. 

While using their own various weapons, Fruit People also have a defense mechanism that activates when they are injured. This defense mechanism transforms them into a mutant-like creature which seems to attack indiscriminately. With time, Fruit People will typically transform back into their normal selves.
