Incident: Missing operations equipment

A few crates of operational gear for emissary teams were reported missing.

Security during hand-off was provided by Bastion group. Section leaders have been informed and preliminary findings point to individual rogue activity.

Security footage caught REDACTED moving unmarked containers into nearby transport:

Machine estimates conclude that contamination due to a horizon breach was possible. Containment and decontamination for all associated personell has been issued.
