Description

Primarily seen in a color palette of white and lime green, with weapons typically colored to match. They've been known to make others aware of their presence with green flares and other light sources, and typically make little effort to go "unnoticed" by changing up their outfits, although on a few occasions, ORDER members were found wearing Ghillie Suits over their usual attire.

They appear to take orders from - or are at least influenced by - the future "V", although ORDER members have been witnessed arguing and disagreeing with each other even in the middle of a hostile situation, leading to questions over the overall stability of the group.

They appear to be well-armed, although the constant loss of equipment during conflicts with the taken may be taking its toll on their resources, and they have resorted to banditry and breaking in to communities for supplies.

The Eastern Island has been claimed as "their territory", for reasons unclear; statements made by ORDER on several occasions have been contradictory, leading to a level of uncertainty as to their goals and priorities.  They have, in the past, targetted people known to be carrying their equipment, wearing the color green, or being present in what is perceived as their territory.

ORDER will typically engage first utilizing "polymer" ammunition, then switch to lethal should they be fired upon. All members appear to have high levels of training, with at least two members known to be ex-military, and should be approached with extreme caution.
