Interaction at Dam

Young woman appeared on the top of one of the buildings at Prideland during a large, crowded meeting at the dam. She continued to flicker in and out while peering down at onlookers. Birdie attempted to offer her a fanta drink by tossing it up her way. She remained a little while longer before vanishing again.
