Gabriel "Gabe" Foster
Biography & background:
Initially brought to Namalsk by Blue Bird Corporation (logo is a blue silhouette of a bird - wings outstretched in flight) as part of a psychological experiment to try and create compulsions in subjects (to improve consumption). It's why Gabe used to change hats when he finds them.
Eventually Gabe was put on loan to another company doing testing at "The Site". He spent a number of hours strapped to "The Chair" on the second floor of the lab being bombarded with the energy that the experiment there put off.
He escaped at one point and fled. The security forces cornered him on the long railroad bridge. He made a terrible choice, and leapt from the bridge. Then woke up on the beach...
