Today at the Citadel there was green/yellow smoke. Out Of the smoke where people dressed in cloaks. They looked like they would come from : a horror show. They did have their weapons out, but were not aggressive to us. They spoke with Johnny for a very long time about wanting to "Help us" by giving us assistance with different things. They required a long list of things. More specifically people. They have a list on a note here of who all they need. Clover said she might help if they need it.
